Gotta do the water pump while it's open.
Also, I'd question the tensioner shoes in that kit, but just because I'm suspicious. The shoes prior to 2008 or so are known to be problematic, so if those kits have been sitting in a warehouse for a while, it's possible they are the old parts.
Edit: that kit is only the secondary chains. If you are going to pay the labor to have the whole front of the engine apart, you really should do the whole thing. Amazon has this but it's not OEM. I think I paid about that in parts when I had the dealership do mine.
