I got them from Nail Polish Supplies on Amazon. You have to click the "buy new" options to see them. The shipping from them was only around 2 bucks per 12 pack. The shipping for four of those was around $5.50. You guys might get better results with buying form Specialty. I'm APO, AE so I get hosed sometimes for shipping. Amazon is my best option at times.
