I've used this mic primary for voice over on PowerPoint vids and what not. It's pretty good for 40ish dollars.

I got this one like 10 years ago in high school and it’s stood the test of time, but it’s pricier than I remember. I don’t know of any others, but FWIW I have been using airpods for my interviews.
Here is a cheap but effective mic: https://www.amazon.com/Samson-Mic-Portable-Condenser-Microphone/dp/B001R76D42
But don't overthink it. Any generic mic is probably sufficient for this purpose.
I use the Samson go mic clipped to the power cable running to my monitor. It hangs just below the monitor and is also a mini condenser mic, so it sounds pretty good for a small mic. Headphones run independently off a dac/amp.
