I looked over all the mini itx mobo for 600 and 700 Intel chipset, besides ASUS and ASRock, a large majority of the mini itx mobo for 600/700 chipset are using that ALC4080 audio chipset, if you Google ALC4080 sound crackling, popping, you will see a lot of reddit threads talking about that issue. I'm a victim of Z590I Vision D which utilize this ALC4080. It gives me a lot of headache just like everyone else, most people gave up and bought a Sound card and get over it, and for me I bought a USB-C hub with 3.5mm audio output instead.
Those two boards that you mentioned, the official website only mentioned "High quality onboard audio and Realtek", the exact model number is no where to be found.
Don't forget, RGB Fusion 2.0 is a gigantic load of buggy crap, so if you are a kind of person that cares about lighting in your PC, you should avoid, I don't have any lights in my PC, I turn them all off.
And also, those two Amazon listing you showed, the rating is illusive, it is bundled together with other good rating boards, so keep that in mind.
Go with DDR5 instead
