You might want some spare FEP so that you don't have to wait for any replacement to be shipped when you need to.

The size DOES matter ( a bit ). Thinner reduces light bleed a little, but is of course that little more delicate. That being said, It's hard to tell a difference between them. I only bother to mention it since they're the same price anyways.
A heated ultrasonic cleaner is also very nice. It really helps cleanup, and the heating makes it far easier to remove supports. I use:

It was $42 for the 1.3L. I do not recommend anything smaller than that.
In addition, You shouldn't directly use IPA in the ultrasonic cleaner. I personally never use IPA anyways though. I am currently using Mr. Clean multi-purpose ( avoid the febreeze version at all costs unless you absolutely love that smell. It's extremely potent and lingers a long time. ) One idea is to fill the ultrasonic cleaner with water, then fill a ziploc bag with IPA and seal your print in the bag.
One idea is to use a multi-purpose cleaner as your bulk/dirty clean, then use IPA for the deep clean.
What is best for cleaning is still very up in the air, partly because nothing works fantastically, so be ready to put at least some effort into it.
Apparently Elegoo and a number of other brands actually now recommend Ethanol not IPA.
