For $139.99 ? Thats a cheap knockoff and a scam. With all that impled functality it would be a +$300 more.
If this is a real question look at --> https://www.amazon.com/CalDigit-TS4-Thunderbolt-Dock-USB/dp/B09GK8LBWS
Any 40gigabit Thunderbolt dock claiming dual 4K60 compatibility should support 4k120 on a single display. A higher end dock is the CalDigit:

With people reporting some Chinese docks such as this properly supporting 4k120 on macs:

Not cheap, by any means, but like you mentioned, it allows for much more than a couple of USB ports, and like I previously mentioned, it's not tied to a single display.
That depends on what you need:

I personally have this dock:
Satechi often has 20% off sales making the dock $240. They have a 15% off coupon that works nearly all the time IPADOS, which makes the dock $255.
The dock charges the host at 96W PD.
The dock's ethernet adapter is based on Realtek RTL8153. It causes high CPU usage as macOS does not have a good driver for it. You're better off buying a USB-A 2.5G ethernet adapter based on Realtek RTL8156 like this one to hook into the back of the dock:
Alxum 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter
The audio jack has a lot of hiss. I would avoid using it with low impedance headphones. Either buy an impedance adapter or use a USB soundcard. I use a cheap USB-A soundcard:
Creative Labs Sound Blaster Play! 3 External USB Sound Adapter for Windows and Mac
The dock has three downstream TB4 ports. You can use two of them to run two 4K@60Hz monitors via USB-C to DP or USB-C to HDMI cables. This cable is VESA certified and supports HDCP 2.2 for playing DRM'd Netflix 4K:
Maxonar USB C to DisplayPort 1.4 VESA Certified
If you have $400 the CalDigit TS4 is highly reviewed:

I mean,. the blunt honest answer here is:.. Stop buying cheap low-end USB Hubs.
I normally go with something like:

We've been dealing with high demand since the TS4 was released. It's a lot better now, but it's not quite readily available in all regions. It is available on Amazon US, though! You can find it right here. Looks like our sales team hasn't quite updated our Amazon site to include the TS4 - I'll let them know.
I'm using https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09GK8LBWS?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details and https://www.hypershop.com/products/hyperdrive-7-in-1-usb-c-hub-stand and https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09HBQS54V?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 currently at my desk when in clamshell mode.
On the go I've got several options I use, https://www.amazon.com/j5create-Adapter-Ethernet-MicroSD-ChromeBook/dp/B07CRP47K6/ref=sr_1_18_mod_primary_new?crid=2B53UFARMEJHT&keywords=j5+create+dongle&qid=1649954798&s=electronics&sbo=RZvfv%2F%2FHxDF%2BO5021pAnSA%3D%3D&sprefix=j5+create+dongle%2Celectronics%2C76&sr=1-18 and I've got https://www.hypershop.com/collections/usb-c-hubs-for-macbook/products/hyperdrive-net-6-in-2-hub-for-usb-c-macbook-pro-2016-2017-2018 .
I also have https://www.hypershop.com/products/new-2020-hyperdrive-duo-7-in-2-usb-c-hub but it rarely gets used.
There are definitely cheaper options but these are the ones I've continued to use. I've bought and returned or bought and ended up throwing away quite a few others.
