BTW, I can’t believe that lil beast G14 only uses 65w… amazing!
Yeah, that is only for when I am traveling with it. So either no gaming, or super light gaming for short periods. Otherwise I have to carry the 100w+ giant brick with me. But for just general productivity while on the go, the 65w PD option is great.
What kind of speeds are you getting charging it off the laptop? I would have to imagine they are super slow, like in the 4w range?
I wanted to throw this at you too, since you seem to be a fellow tech geek. I found this 10,000 mah powerbank which supports PPS for super fast charging 25w the S21U. They also make a 20,000 mah version here which supports super fast charging 2.0 for 45w charging on some of there older phones (but for some reason I don't understand, not ours...). I know samsung makes their own pps powerbank and even one with qi charging. But literally half of the reviews say it stopped holding a charge within a week to a few months and it is more expensive. From other sites I have been on, the one I linked seems to be pretty well received. I went with the 10,000 mah for portability, as it is just under half a pound.
Actually sorry I retested my 3rd party Ugreen 65w charger that also supports PPS/PD3.0 and it would only do 25w/Super Fast Charging. The cable testing still holds up, but the only charger I have that can do 45w/Super Fast Charging 2.0 are the new Samsung one I mentioned and this power bank: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YLFX8DT/
Yeah, it won't. There are only 2-3 power banks out there that actually can do 25W/45W charging Samsung phones. 1 of them is the official Samsung one, this is the one that I found: ELECJET PowerPie 20000mAh Power Bank
It actually "Super Fast Charging" my Note 20 Ultra 5G at 25W. So good I bought 2.

I use this one. Super fast charging enabled and will charge my phone up to 3 times from empty.
