I bought one of those books as an MS3. I found the SOAP note template cards to be helpful, but the full H&P was way more trouble than it's worth. So for 4th year I bought a pack of just loose SOAP note cards from the same company (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06WGRK9NF/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1). I would use them for H&Ps too and just ignore the template.

Given the cards had a bit of thickness to them and were perfectly white coat sized I found it easier to use than regular paper.
