Assuming you have the correct Chime Type set since you have changed chimes so much recently, then you probably have a voltage issue.

16v is the minimal recommended voltage. Depending on the wiring in your house, a 16v transformer may not work very well. What is the reported voltage in UniFi Protect? If your transformer is reporting below 16v, you may want to consider a more powerful transformer. This is the one I am using and it works great to power a G4 DBP and G4 DB on a single chime.
