If I just got another Analon it'd be around $120.

And then I'd get YET ANOTHER lid. Kills me I can't just buy pans without another lid. Or that no two brands of pans have compatible lid sizes. It just seems wasteful.

I supposed I should just punt and switch to something else. The challenge is finding something that doesn't suck in a different way. Devil you know, and all that...

The 12" ~5qt size works well for the most of the cooking I'm doing. I've got some smaller pans (one of which being a 10" T-Fal that's been surprising good for being rather inexpensive).
