The ATR2500 is a condenser mid and is only USB. It's also side-address (tou talk into the side).
Dynamic mics (like the ATR2100) are less sensitive, and therefore you get the best sound when you talk directly into it. If you are going to by moving your head a lot then maybe look at getting a condenser mic and eventually a mic box or a mic shield to cut down on reflections.
Most of these mics are unidirectional. The Blue Snowball (but not the iCE version) has unidirectional and omnidirectional. Same with the Yeti. Remember that these settings will also record more background noise as well. Unidirectional cardioid mics generally have a pretty large range so you can move side to side somewhat and still get recorded.
