I started carrying this or even these https://smile.amazon.com/Wysi-Wipe-Hypoallergenic-Reusable-Cleansing/dp/B001NWVBPC

I sweat a lot at my job so when I have a small break, I wipe myself down with it or else I scratch like crazy

Are you planning on backpacking with this setup or more like car camping?

Do you have some reason you need a portable shower? It's difficult sometimes to get water at some sites as it is, using a large amount for bathing isn't always an option. To stay a little fresh I use WYSI wipes and a bit of natural soap to keep the more dirty parts of myself clean between days. Other than that, I sort of embrace the funk until I'm home. You mentioned a Sawyer Water filter but not a water collection bag. Does it thread onto your canteen? If it doesn't you need to bring a dirty water collection bag or bottle to filter your water. Depending on your location, you may be able to get away with just a 1 quart canteen, but I'd consider a larger water storage solution if you'll be staying in an area with less frequent access to water.

300 pcs is a very large medkit. I'd go through and see what pieces you really need and what you don't. Unless you're trained in wilderness medicine, you may be able to drop some of the more advanced pieces out of the kit. Mostly I take a couple medicines (tylenol, antacid, and anti-diarrhea), a little gauze, some tape, and a couple bandages along with a little ointment. Anything that's going to require more than that, I'll be calling for rescue anyways. You really only need enough to cover minor wounds and issues and, in the event of a real issue, something to keep you stable until help arrives.

I'd ditch your flashlights for a headlamp. It's just so much nicer to be able to use your hands and have light at the same time.

Do you really have a need to have two knives? Is there something that one knife can do that the other can't?

In the future, you can save some money by just taking TP off the roll at home and stuffing it in a ziplock instead of buying "camping TP." And speaking of that, I don't see a trowel for digging a cat hole, although there are many who just use a branch or their trekking poles now. Something to consider.

You didn't mention anything to start a fire with, unless I overlooked something. You probably want something like that.

Is there a specific reason you can think of that you'd need to use so much paracord on a regular basis? I admit that the first time I went out I took along a bunch and then realized that I don't really know what I'd use if for and haven't taken any since.

Overall, it looks like a good start. If you feel like you need these items, bring them along and see how often you use it. My rule is if I have brought something on a trip three times in a row and didn't use it (other than emergency supplies) then it stays home until I go on a trip and feel like I want it.

I buy these little pods that turn into hand towels when wet. They're the best for the outdoors or anywhere where you need a towel to wipe your hands or clean something.

I also buy Sensodyne with novamin which you can only buy from Europe. Novamin isn't allowed in the US without paying for a $pecial procedure from your dentist so this is one of the best over-the-counter ways to treat/repair sensitive teeth.
