I have a weekly 2x daily pill minder and got those storage bins similar to the Brightroom ones at Target to store the pill bottles. One bin is for prescriptions, and one bin is for vitamins/supplements, etc. They have daisies on them to look less "clinical". It's on a shelf in my kitchen that was intended for something like spices.
I can't bother to remember to take things more than twice a day. Morning pills go with breakfast, evening pills go with dinner. I have one pill to take on an empty stomach when I wake up, so that is on my bedside table, and I keep a bottle of water there. When I wake up, I take it while I'm still in bed waking up. If I have a bedtime pill, then it stays where I am washing my face and brushing my teeth at bedtime. It helps to work medication taking into your daily routine if you can, or force yourself to do it, and it becomes routine with time. I try to get things extended release if I can, so it usually less pills to take less often. It really reduces what it called the medication burden. Pharmacies are also good at helping you figure something out to take your meds. There's also apps you can put on your phone to remind you to take your pills.
