I got a Lenovo 100E when they were on sale for $89 around Thanksgiving last year. It looks like maybe they discontinued it, which is a bummer.

I got it just for taking to work and back and for bringing on conferences. It has been really great. It's super simple, but it's sold by Lenovo for bulk classroom purchases, which means it's made to withstand the beatings that children will give it. It's got hard rubber edges for drops and is supposed to be liquid resistant.

Also, it's nice knowing that if I drop it off the podium or crush it with a carry-on bag accidentally one day, I'm not out that much money.
