So I just got the one in the link above and the adapter works flawlessly. I measured 15.6V-15.7V at the 16V socket. I plugged in my Duracell 12V inverter without issue and charged up my laptop w/out the weirdness described in my previous post.

I am waiting for the two below to come tomorrow to test them out. If the 2nd one below works better I am going to keep that one since it has the outlet plug directly on it and has the extended 12v ports.

I did some research and bought ANOTHER one per a recommendation from TMC. This one accommodates up to 16V, so it barely works in the spectrum.

I verified my tire inflator works and other devices, hopefully it works the same for you as well.
