it doesn't matter so much if you get one that's the wrong region, you can email the company and fix it. just don't buy the pro version, it's more expensive and it's the exact same thing as the regular.

I got mine off of amazon, it was the correct region(us) and I've had no problems.

Anyway, I've heard that there's no difference between the Powersave and the Powersave Pro except that the pro is supposed to be the American version and the other is for all other regions. Not sure if this is true. If your 3DS is PAL, I'd go with the non-Pro version, otherwise go with the Pro.
