The 3/4 ID, 1 inch OD are the ones I use, made of silicone. They have been working well. I recently have been trying things like silicone gel lined toe socks, and the medium size has been working. It spreads the retaining force out over the length that you cut. They come in long lengths, and you just cut the length that you want.
