Hey, just gotta say I love this write up, have been coming back to this multiple times the past week. Tried some of these out last night, helped a ton, but I’m trying to perfect my own anti-hangover stack and you seem to have immense knowledge in this subject.
So a few questions specifically regarding brands of extracts and bioavailability. Liposomal versions increase bioavailability for some substances from what I’ve gathered.
1).Is S-ACETYL L-GLUTATHIONE more bioavailable than regular glutathione, or should I get liposomal glutathione? I bought some of liftmodes SALG but will switch to liposomal if it has better bioavailability
2). Did you ever find liposomal and/or beta-cyclodextrin DHM? I bought some regular DHM but would be interested in trying a version with much more bioavailability
3). Is this a good milk thistle brand? I see it says “liposomal”, but I don’t know how to tell if it ACTUALLY is or if they’re fibbing for more sales.

4). What do you think about nopal cactus powder in the stack as well? Studies have linked this to reduced hangover symptoms
