Would this be better since there are more knives?

The following materials are what I used:

Yasutomo wood carving knives found on amazon. Mainly used the small "V" knife for most of these cuts.

Falling in Art soft linoleum carving block also on amazon. 9 x 12 was cut down into three sections to fit the watercolor paper I had on hand.

Speedball black oil-based ink

Akiro 4-inch Rubber Brayer for ink application.

Strathmore 400-series watercolor paper that I had bought in store. I had 5.5" x 8.5".

Process:

I used a sharpie to draw the image I wanted to print on the linoleum. From there, I carved out around my sharpie marks.

I used the brayer to apply ink to the block, then placed the block face-down onto the dry paper.

I used a rolling pin to press and apply the ink.

I may try to mount the block to wood to help retain shape a bit more, as the block "squished" a bit as I used a rolling pin to press.
