If you are able to save up, you should get a Mad Catz stick. They are around $23-25. They should be able to last longer, maybe 1-2 years before any signs of wear.

I can't recommend this stick enough. The art may be terrible (a little time and effort can fix that), and the hardware may not be as good as Sanwa parts, but its definately worth $40.

I'm really hard on mine, and I finally managed to make a button stop working after almost a year of owning it. The best part about it is that you can drop in high-quality Sanwa parts when the stock stuff wears out.

And I have absolutely no idea why the Xbox 360 version is $100. You can get a Soul Calibur V stick (I believe that's the TE) on Amazon for that much.
