I purchased a set similar to this one at the 1st of this year: 100pcs Cake Decorating Kit with Aluminum Metal Turntable-Rotating Stand-server & knife set-48 Icing tips 7 Russian Piping nozzles-Straight & Angled Spatula-Cake Leveler & Baking supplies tools https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PJGYN96/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_69l8DbK7GTF2G

It was a game changer. I recommend highly going with an aluminum turntable over a plastic as the aluminum will last her a long time. I also highly recommend you purchase her either a nice set of Wilton or Ateco reuasable piping bags in sizes 16, 18 & 21 or purchase a roll of disposable piping bags of good quality.

I use these at work & also purchase them for home use bc they work so well & hold up without bursting. DayMark 18" PipingPal Disposable Pastry Bag with Dispenser (100 Bags) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009YM776U/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_9hm8Db0BFFQFC

Other items she maybe interested in: pasty blender, nice digital scale, digital thermometer & some different flours to expirement with. I would also recommend a set of good quality food coloring gels like this one: 30 Color Cake Food Coloring Liqua-Gel Decorating Baking Ultimate Set - Primary, Secondary and Neon Colors - U.S. Cake Supply 0.75 fl. oz. (20ml) Bottles - Made in the U.S.A. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M3P91VD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_Erm8DbVEKVFNS

Decopac, Ateco & Wilton are the main brands in baking. Hopefully this helps! I'm happy to answer any questions. If you can share more of what she's into baking or wanting to get into baking I can help with some more recommendations.
