Pillows I kind of have figured out. I buy the shredded foam pillows. They’re like $30 on Amazon.

You can mold them in anyway to want to, they come stuffed and i remove most of the foam. It takes some time and experimenting to find the right support, but it’s way better than the other pillows I’ve tried.
