The two product u listed are not interchangeable! Be careful! You should know abt single sleeving vs double sleeving. As well as outer sleeves and inner sleeves. Single sleeving is the most basic protection, only used outer sleeves (it is not recommended to use inner sleeves as the only sleeve, they tend to break easily and not shuffle well once hand grease get onto them). Double sleeving uses 1 innersleeve (aka perfect fits) and 1 outer sleeve (the one u usually use for single sleeving) per card. This is much better at protecting the card since dust could still get inside the single sleeve opening and rub up the card. It also provide a much better barrier when it comes to water damage. Double sleeved cards will also be a bit taller~30% I think. ADDITIONALLY, since there are multiple decks in this card game, u would want to be able to tell one from another from the back. So either get a clear back sleeve, or multiple different colored back to match different card types (and i believe this second option is ugly and cost inefficient)
SO, here’s my recommendation: 100% get a clear outer sleeve. I recommend dragonshield clear matte as that’s the one I’m using. On top of that, if u want to protect ur card frfr, then get inner sleeves for each of the card (or only the cards u care about but u could tell double sleeved card from single sleeved cards so it could affect game play) the innersleeve I use is KMC perfect fits and it works with dragonshield outter nicely. I have not tried other ones but I would assume dragonshield perfect fits (inners) would work with the outters of the same brand.

Last summer I sleeved up all my cards with an Amazon bundle of 10 packs (1,000 sleeves total) for around $90. They're expensive, but they feel nice and don't muddy the cards' colors. If you're willing to pay the money, it's worth it. Plus it will give you enough sleeves to sleeve all your cards, up to Despicable Plots (that's including me using the sleeves for my Marvel Villainous cards too, so you may have even more left over).
