I bought one of these generic ones off of Amazon. Works fantastically well for bacon but I tend to slice it thick. Not sure how well it would work if you want a paper thin slice of something
I just bought a clone of that from Amazon for $218. Should be here tomorrow and I'll be using it on the 90lbs of bacon I've got curing right now. Will let you know next week how it works!
