That's kind of the problem though. Creality changed the heat block on the neo and I dont think the screw spacing on the old ender hot ends will fit. Worst case scenario, you could just get an old ender 3 hot end. Edit: I'm just throwing this out there as an option but I'm not sure how well it will work. You MIGHT be able to use the heat block from an original ender hot end if you just screw the throat and nozzle into it upsidedown but not the side screws. It won't be as stable and the offsets will be off a couple mm but it should print.

Edit3: Just to be clear you could use that heat block right side up but you'd still have to run the wiring to the other side like with the original hot ends.
