In the past, I’ve used hair, skin and nails vitamins. They worked really well when I was trying to get my hair to grow longer, faster a few years ago. My nails also grew noticeably faster.

Then I switched to “stronger” vitamins because I was working out. These worked well for energy, and my hair regrew while taking them, but I can’t say if it was the vitamins or the nioxin. But if you’re looking for energy too, these are the way to go! Beverly super pack on Amazon
