Those are flourescent, not LED, so they would not be cost effective. Barrina sells LED fixtures that would be better suited for you. Such as these at $44.99

(Pack of 6) Barrina LED T5 Integrated Single Fixture, 2FT, 6500K (Super Bright White), Utility Shop Light, Ceiling and Under Cabinet Light, ETL Listed, Corded Electric with Built-in ON/Off Switch - - Amazon.com
Salads are not as picky about the light spectrum as other plants are.
Better would be these at $69.99
Amazon.com: Barrina Grow Lights, 2FT 5000K White Full Spectrum Plant Growing Lamps, 144W(6 x 24W, 800W Equivalent), T8 LED Grow Light Bulbs, Plant Lights for Indoor Plants, Greenhouse, Linkable Design, 6-Pack : Patio, Lawn & Garden

Barrina sells LED light fixtures in 2 ft, 3 ft, and 4 ft if you shelves are larger than 2 ft.

If you have room for "standard" length fixtures, these work well.
Amazon.com: Barrina LED Grow Light, 252W(6 x 42W) 4ft T8, Full Spectrum, V-Shape with Reflector, Linkable Design, Plant Lights for Indoor Plants, 6-Pack : Patio, Lawn & Garden

Please bear in mind that there are better solutions, such as the Spider Farmer SF600 for standard 2 ft x 4 ft shelves.

If you are just starting out and don't want to invest much into a trial, the blurple grow lights are an inexpensive way to get into things. And - they work. To the good, they work great for foliage such as lettuces and house plants. They do make it impossible to see the plant coloration. Years back when LED panels were still new-ish (before Aliexpress) I bought a square foot unit sold as under cabinet grow light, for $40 and was delighted with it. Last year I bought another one for $20 and they still work great for greens. I use both my garage to start and grow out Spring seedlings.

For lettuces this https://ibb.co/ZxCsc0S setup using LED shop lights has been going for four years.

For better and more versatile indoor growth, this $39.99 light from Amazon works. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09KH42Y3B/?coliid=I11N8UVLYQWQTO&colid=E4E7E8MDY951&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

This covers more area and works well for me. Currently $99.99 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QWV1THV/?coliid=IOPP7IV8ZOIJB&colid=E4E7E8MDY951&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

For a four-foot-wide shelf or tent, this is working, but I have no idea how it holds up, long term. $94.98 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083XDVTMN/?coliid=I3ECBRUYV41XW8&colid=E4E7E8MDY951&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

My son's pot plant is thriving under this pair for $25.49 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08KH4BTF5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The reason I've featured Amazon only here is that I keep getting Amazon gift cards from the Red Cross for donating blood. I'm a regular donor and thrilled to say my blood money pays for our salads.

I got these, don't know if they are the best but certainly enough for my basil. They are wicked bright and I wear sunglasses to go in there or I get headaches.

Unless I calculated wrong they are costing me about 7-9 dollars a month to run all 6 lights 16 hours a day.
