But still, there is a shipping fee (and it doesn't make sense, since it would be sent via e-mail) and also doesn't states that it counts towards the promotion right above the product offer, like other games do.

This came back in stock, and I was able to get it because it's an actual physical card and not a digital code. Gotta pay extra for shipping, but I'm using to it being a Canadian.
