Okay so you tried:

B08BR677ND = AZLA SednaEarfit XELASTEC in SS/S/MS combo

B01B77ZBZI = Spinfit CP800 in S size

B08KSH3721 = Spiral Dots ++ (JVC EP-FX10) in L size

B002DY92UA = Comply T-500 in S/M/L combo

B00JSLXNOC = regular Spiral Dots (JVC EP-FX9M-B) in Medium size

B07PJNRGNH = Spinfit CP360 in M/S combo

B00JSLXOLE = regular Spiral Dots again (JVC EP-FX9S-B) in Small size

I actually somehow have all of those ear tips, lol. Well idk where my regular Spiral Dots are now, but the newer Spiral Dots ++ are for sure somewhere in one of my ear tips cases.

Anyway, and then you said you use the CP800 stem/stalk/core/etc. right. Uh, those CP800 are for Etymotics, Shure, Westone, or IEMs with thin long nozzles, not IEMs with wide nozzles, like most Chinese/etc. IEMs.

So ya unfortunately the CP800 should've been returned (btw some people somehow buy used ear tips on Amazon, lol, some of us do that as sometimes new foam ear tips/etc. are sometimes out of stock) as you wouldn't have been able to use it properly aside from yep cutting them and so on.

What you didn't try is the taller/longer ear tips. So you're probably like me then where you need Spinfit CP145, W1, CP155, CP100+, et cetera. Those should work almost for sure. The CP155 is too loose on some IEMs, see the mod I'll mention in a link below.

Try Spinfit CP145 in S and M sizes first, the rotation gimmick should help quite a bit alongside its length/height for your ears. For Spinfit W1, it's like $20 for all 3 sizes (it's May 2023 now and they still don't sell the sizes individually, lol).

Ear tips for IEMs, with sound changes, sizing, comfort, et cetera (this has the Spinfit CP155 mod): https://www.reddit.com/r/HeadphoneAdvice/comments/zd3691/cone_eartips/jgjhtkr/

For the CP155 in particular, it'll also need adapters/converters with a lot of IEMs as the hole is too wide. I just use the core of a NewBee/etc. foam ear tip. Or like say those flimsy/easy to tear/etc. adapters from Taobao where it's like the translucent adapters for thin long nozzles like Etymotics but this time for wider nozzles.

With the CP155 you'll probably need an O-ring (those things for keyboards) or adapter or mod for it to be snug on the less wide nozzle of your particular IEM. As otherwise it will be loose, especially when you remove the IEMs as the ear tips will get stuck in your ear canals.

If the CP155 is not staying snug on the nozzle, you can get the rubber core of a (used) foam ear tip that is normally used for around or less than 4.5mm nozzle IEMs (NewBee is usually the cheapest and known brand on Amazon) and use that as an adapter for the CP155.

The mod helps with staying snug on the nozzle of less wide nozzle IEMs and with the CP155 not getting stuck in your ear canals. Keep in mind that this can alter the sound of the CP155 and also the rotation gimmick of Spinfit.

There's also the FiiO HS18 (available on AliExpress for $5-10 from the FiiO Official Store storefront, etc.) and yep, Dunu S&S ear tips. HiFiGo sells them on Amazon, hold on let me check.

Here's HiFiGo storefront with Dunu S&S, but it's like out of stock of the S/M/L combo right now: https://www.amazon.com/HiFiGo-Silicone-4-0mm-6mm-Replacement-Earphones/dp/B0BX39QFVP/

Here's Linsoul storefront with Dunu S&S, they have S/M/L in stock and it's also at $13, so $2 cheaper than HiFiGo storefront: https://www.amazon.com/Linsoul-DUNU-Silicone-Diameter-4mm-5-5mm/dp/B0BX6SDC26/

TRI Clarion will noticeably reduce/alter the bass and often have better vocals/soundstage/etc. Think of IEMs that graph like the KBEAR Rosefinch, 7Hz Legato, etc. as when you use TRI Clarion with such IEMs, the vocals will not be as muffled or as far back.

Final Audio E ear tips are known for increasing the bass and/or reducing the treble. You can also get Final Audio E ear tips from the Final Audio E500-E5000 and so on lineup, though be aware of quality assurance/control issues with the Final Audio E500-E5000 lineup, check squig.link or RikudouGoku's graphs of the Final Audio E500-E5000 lineup.

Double flange ear tips can be a bit weird sound and uncomfortable, but some people like them. Same info about the Spinfit CP240 and the MEE audio multipack on Amazon: https://www.reddit.com/r/HeadphoneAdvice/comments/109gdtv/spring_tips_vs_spinfit_eartips/j47zlf5/

Alternatively there's also the Moondrop Spring, TRN T, etc. ear tips. Those are really short and so they'll put the nozzle closer to the entrance of the ear tips, which can be problematic if you have earwax overproduction like me. But for some people that type of shorter distance does help with their fit, worth a try.

Try getting Moondrop Spring from the Moondrop Chu/etc. as it's like the Final Audio E ear tips: you basically get an IEM for free/cheap for the similar price of the ear tips. And then for TRN T ear tips, IIRC they have that with their newer releases now, but only in say Medium size. The TRN T has a different umbrella/etc. design that works better for my ears, unlike the Moondrop Spring.
