most of my routing is actually done with this bit: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001PTTREU

But they also make a shorter one which I would probably buy instead, it'll allow you to make shallower initial cuts if only using 1/2" MDF templates, the one I linked up top barely rides my template cuz the flute is 1/2" long already and the bearing is basically only grabbing an 1/8" of the MDF walls

I also have roundover bits and top bearing bits for my router table and recently got a small 1/4" diameter straight bit for tighter curves, but the Amana bit is by far the most used. It basically lives in my trim router. I use it for the neck pocket and all the cavities in a guitar body.

The last time I used a router for the sides of the guitar was the last time I will use a router for the sides of my guitar. Tearout will scare the shit out of you when it happens and at worst cause an injury. Now I just cut as close as I can to the lines of the body shape with my bandsaw, then take it to a spindle sander to get it to the line. A lot safer and slower and gets a smoother result by using a spindle sander here.
