Yeah, the issues are pretty well documented, check the top Amazon reviews, it's pretty bad at some points

If you want a better bluray release, the Korean import with the EN dub is pretty expensive.

However, the digital version is around the same price as the bluray set, and I checked some of the same scenes and found no audio issues.
