Amazon loves pushing their renewed stuff for older systems, which are allegedly refurbished and usually ship with Prime shipping. You have to dig further into the site for used listings.
So here's a listing for a regular Wii and then you have to click "New and USed From X" and then you see products more in line with the standard used Wii prices. $40-50 for a standard Wii with the base, cables, and a Wii mote or two. $60-80 if it is in exceptionally good condition. Maybe go $100 if its in great condition, in box, etc...
But honestly there's very little reason to order online for the base Wii system unless you have in the literal middle of nowhere or you are very COVID cautious or whatever. Wii systems are plentiful on Facebook Marketplace or whatever buy/sell app is popular in your region, as well as used game stores and whatnot. That said we did just have Christmas and a lot of stores will still be replenishing their stocks so YMMV.
That said, you'll likely need to dig through Amazon, ebay and other sites to order accessories.
A Wii Mote with Wii Motion Plus will probably set you back another $20-30 per remote.
IMO most of the rechargable battery packs for Wii Motes are garbage. Just use batteries.
