I'd suggest buying the blood pressure machine that matches the cuff. Each of these at-home machines tend to have specific connectors...and (it's been a bit but...) the Lovia cuff doesn't look like it has the kind of connector that would fit into the Omron (or at least my old Omron used a long hard plastic connector vs the one I see in the link.)
I can say nothing about the accuracy of Lovia...but the Amazon link I'm seeing has the same number of stars (this was in the "often bought with" section of the page:
Additionally...I'd search for the cuffs and see what brands they have...I found Medline. Again, not a brand I'm familiar with, but it's a very large cuff:
and they make a montior too...but only four stars.
Alternatively...if you are mobile/maybe they deliver if you're not venturing out...call up your local pharmacies and see what they have on hand/in stock. That's how I found my old Omron with a larger cuff. (Series 5; lasted a good five years.) Good luck.
