An adjustable sit/stand desk works great for me. I have a cheaper hand-crank one from Target.com that works fine, but I kind of wish I’d just spent the extra money and gotten the electric one.
A very supportive desk chair, and/or a lumbar support + coccyx seat cushion make a great difference. I have this one on my regular desk chair and it definitely helps with posture/back support.
I’ve found using wrist supports for the mouse and keyboard to be great for carpal tunnel as well, there’s tons of combos available online but I have this one. It’s held up well for over 2 years.
