I have this. It is high enough for elevated ring work. I know some people look at it as sketchy, but it's very stable, the bars are very thick gauge. The hardware is kinda ghetto, but that doesn't really matter. It gets it's stability from being an A frame.
Also have B-Bars on order and should be here or shipped in a couple weeks, so I don't have them yet to really vouch for it, but it looks promising. It's tall parallel bars that you can do L-Sit pull ups with (unless guy in pics is 5' tall or something like that, no doubt some will be too tall to do even L-sit pull ups with it), as well as dips and a bunch of other stuff.
Raise your hands above head and move shoulders like you're in a dead hang. This is how tall you are on the bar...your height+arms overhead. At 6', your head is just 4 inches under the bar. Pretty sure your arms are longer than 4 inches above head.
edit: This is the pull up bar I have at home. Very stable and over 8'. You have to take into consideration the height of your ceiling though if you use it indoors.
I have the Cap half rack, it's OK but too short for me to do pull ups (I really like keeping legs straight). You can attach rings to it and do ring dips. Ring push ups or Australian rows, make sure to position your grasp of the rings to be as directly under the bar as possible because it can tip over. edit: what I was envisioning for the row is that your body is just about horizontal. If you're leaning back at around a 45 degree angle, it's gonna tip.
Baseblocks just came out with Big-bars https://www.baseblocks.fit/products/the-big-bar . I'm hoping the make a kit to convert B-Bars I already have to that. I have this A-frame pull up bar https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H25C9XR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 , I like it. Very stable and I have it set high enough that I have to stand on my tip toes to barely reach the bar with finger tips. When I bought it, it was $299 though.
I got this foldable stand.

For dips I use rings. They have options where the supporting bars go lower, like this
I like mine.
I like that first sentence, and everything, really. But don't forget 'dat':

I have the Baseblock B-Bars. The Big Bars is pretty much the B-Bars, but taller and wider base. B-Bars is really good for dips/above bar stuff. Pretty thick for pull ups. I can do pull ups on my B-Bars, but if my hands were any smaller, it'd be an issue.
I have this pull up bar. When I got it, it was $299. Last time I linked it a month or two ago, it was $299. Before that it was higher.....price seems to jump around on it a lot. Very sturdy and tall.
edit: I also had that Cap half rack. It's OK, just too short for me (5'11"). I like keeping my legs straight/ a little forward. Doing anything like Australian pull ups with rings, you have to stay underneath the bar or it will tip. Assuming you don't bolt it to the ground, pretty sure it has tabs for that
second edit: There is also Pull Up Mate. There are knock offs of it on Amazon, but Pull Up Mate brought their price down a lot and the knock offs don't offer the attachments that Pull Up Mate has. Shipping for the knock offs are probably free though.
Also fit! Although rings might not work well with it
