I carry a Camelbak Quantico for college and it is a great bag. I have it in stone. The pack is a bit more expensive ($160) but it is well worth it. The durability far surpasses that of some of my older packs, stitching is great and organization is plentiful. There is also a separate laptop compartment close to the back that I enjoy. The pack is also very rigid which I like and keeps it 'straight'. Camelbak also makes the Coronado which costs less ($110) but is also smaller (probably too small for your needs). Here's a review that showcases the bag that I found really helpful and was what made me jump on it instead of a different pack. I love mine and can fit all of what you need/want to fit in it with ease. The MOLLE is also very minimal so it gives it a utilitarian look without seeming too military.
