Yeah, it's been a major bummer though I don't think it sullies their reputation or anything, it's just Herman Miller handling everything very poorly. Heart goes out to the people who worked and believed in it as the product is obviously top tier and I never heard anything but great things about their support.
I think others could be better with alternatives but the Flexispot seems like a good choice. I've just found this youtube channel that recently had a 'top 15 standing desk' countdown (this subs seems to have been aware of them for a long while): https://www.youtube.com/@btodtv
I got the Jarvis for a teeny area upstairs but my main is just a random off brand that has been excellent in practice:

I got that because I needed the legs/size/bump-out within an inch or three of my rooms dimensions and that was perfect (save for the color, etc.). General rule of thumb is if it can lift a greater amount of lbs it's probably a little bit better quality. Also for my main I have wall mounted monitor arms so I never have to worry about wobble - I think that desk I link is pretty wobble free at height, but I wouldn't know because the monitors float above it.
