These aren't really *good* for you (they're still kinda healthy junk food), but they're keto friendly. Better Than Good Salted Caramel puffs. I don't eat them often, mostly because I just don't crave sweets that often anymore, but when I do, these really hit the spot. They're 4g of carbs per serving, but the serving size is pretty generous - I almost always eat half a bag and then save the second half for another time. The Ranch flavor is also pretty good, but the caramel ones are shockingly good.
