100% Upgrade RAM, I have 16GB & there are times that it gets used up in iRacing that makes me want to add another 16GB kit to have 32GB.
Checking pcpartpicker.com assuming you're in the US, cheapest is $90 on sale for a 2x16GB kit of 3200MHz on Newegg: https://www.newegg.com/neo-forza-32gb-288-pin-ddr4-sdram/p/0RN-0097-00017
If you want to avoid Newegg due to recent drama, there's another 2x16GB kit of 3200MHz on Amazon for $100: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B092ZCVHS8
If you were to spend the money to upgrade CPU, RAM & GPU, then for $1000 I think this should do good: PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/kD6M8r

Note: For those who don't know Silicon Power is already quite known and here for a long time but not popular like Kingston, PNY, Corsair, TeamGroup, etc. Silicon Power sold RAM sticks here in dekstop and laptop sizes pero usually no heatsinks. You can see them in some stores or online like Lazada.
Reasons: If you're building a new DDR4 system unit it's much better na kumuha ng 32GB kits instead of buying 16GB kits here locally for the same price. You'll get more headroom and a little "future-proof" when it comes to editing and other apps that will utilize higher capacity RAMs. You can also sell your old sticks and buy like these for a little upgrade.
Pros and Cons when buying RAMs in Amazon:
Pros:
- much cheaper
- free shipping
- has return warranty policy covered by Amazon
- no other fees depending per item.
Cons:
- you might receive a lemon product or DOA item (uncommon but normal even in local market)
- you might wait for around 2 weeks to 1 month
- may be a quite hassle for return if found defective (same for local returns)
Links:
That's the normal price and hardly a big deal.
Silicon Power if $65.97 for DDR4-3200CL16 with no deal.
