-1/8 tsp Lallzyme EX-V, 1 tsp NMS pectinase, 2 crushed KMS (campden) tablets
8 lbs cane sugar
1ΒΌ cups lemon juice
11g Lallemand CVW5 yeast rehydrated in 18.75g GoFerm PE
24 hours: 3.6g Fermaid K, 2.25g Fermaid O (will repeat at 48 & 72 hours)
