Hello! I don't know if you remember me from a few days ago. I was asking about surrounds.

My darts just arrived today and after measuring their tips, it looks like none of the cheaper surrounds are thick enough to prevent the darts from hitting the wall. The dart tips are a little over 1 inch long and the cheaper surrounds are only 1 inch thick.

I am thinking about buying either the surround you mentioned: Viper GLD or perhaps this one I also found on Amazon.

Do you happen to know how thick the Viper GLD one is? The inner diameter (17.75 inches) is on amazon, but there's no mention of the outer diameter. The other one I linked has an outer diameter of 27.5 inches.

Just wanted to know which one would cover more so I could get the most out of the purchase!
