There's a lot of products here! I think many of them can be replaced by a single 20-30% urea moisturizer, as detailed in our wiki's guide to descaling.

Urea is a more effective keratolytic than salicylic acid, and causes psoriasis plaques to break down and slough off naturally. It's cheap, available over the counter, and there are many creams available that aren't too greasy. Other moisturizers like shea butter need a heavy amount of fat (in the form of oils, petrolatum, paraffin wax, etc.) in order to soften the skin, but urea doesn't.

Eucerin, a very good brand, has several products with urea. Eucerin Roughness Relief is 30% (despite not showing the percentage on the bottle), and Eucerin Intensive Lotion is 10% (safe to use on the face). Eucerin's products are not the lightest, however. I also like PurSources (20% or 40%) myself, although the menthol scent isn't great.

If you read about my circumcision experience you will see that my glans became dry, toughened, hard, and desensitized, like a callus. I have been restoring and using a Manhood artificial foreskin with Man1 Man Oil and have seen a huge improvement. I just wish my glans would go back to being smooth and shiny. Have you had results like this?

I have been trying these Glycolic Acid 20% Resurfacing Pads for about ten days now but I leave it on and do not wash it off. I have not noticed any change. Maybe I need to go up to the 70% glycolic acid like you are using. I started using it after I read about a man who said he used glycolic acid and both he and his wife both noticed how much smoother it made his penis. I also ordered this Hyaluronic Acid and planned on trying it after the glycolic acid to compare results. I am also considering using Retinol and this Eucerin Roughness Relief Lotion - Full Body Lotion for Extremely Dry, Rough Skin which is a stronger version of their eczema cream. I searched Amazon for squareline oil but did not get any results.

I tried condoms and Seran wrap too before I discovered the Manhood. My favorite is the Manhood Restorer Black XX Stretch. It works as a retainer to hold your skin in place over the glans and stays there for all-day coverage. In particular the Black XX Stretch seems very effective at maintaining a natural moisture and heat level due to the material which is like vinyl. It is like a little sauna for my penis! Now every time I go to the bathroom, I feel like a child unwrapping a Christmas present. Every time I see my inner foreskin quite wrinkly and bunched up against my corona it makes me so happy. It is such a huge improvement. You might like it and find it much better than Seran wrap.
