I find Powecom KN95s from Bonifide are soft inside, and are legit.

Medi-Mask KF94s are very soft inside. I can't vouch for the Amazon seller. I got mine from Everyday Emall, but they stopped carrying them. BTW: You can get single LG Airwashers and Blue KF94 masks to try from them.
