But I explained why I wanted to and that I soaked my bed every night with sticky thick golden milk. So we agreed to do it until I felt relief and if I had contractions I would stop. So we checked my Braxton hicks often but made rule that I stopped if the contractions felt painful at all. So we made a plan together.
