Yeah lol i actually donated once while on hour 60 of a 72hr fast with no issues. I tend to break my fast around 11am and donate early in the morning due to my schedule.

As for electrolytes I just have a pill form of electrolyte salts I found off of amazon they work just fine to keep me up on things. Here is an amazon link for themElectrolyte capsules

And no electrolytes do not break a fast according to every peer review study that I can find because they are minerals with no caloric value and do not impact insulin. I hear you sometimes with trying to move a window it can be hard.

I have done IF for about 7 months now and it has gotten a lot easier for me. My suggestion would be to make your last meal before fasting as little carb as possible and higher in healthy fats and protein. You will feel more satisfied longer and have less crab cravings while fasting.
