I personally prefer PolyEthylene sleeves because they are cheaper. I honestly don't care out them being all that clear. I bought a pack of these, they're pretty good. A little tight of my liking. But most people who buy clear sleeves prefer them to be tight. But these are priced as cheap as I've seen PP sleeves. $24/100. The boundless are $22/50. So a lot cheaper.
