I cook pretty regularly (i.e., just about every day), and I've had the following two pans for about 6 months, with no signs of wear:
T-Fal Forte ceramic pan. It's non-stick, and Made in France.
A Tramontina non-stick saute pan. Made in USA. I think it's this one. I got it because it had a big sticker on it that said DuPont Teflon Platinum, whereas all the other non-stick pans I've ever seen outside of All-Clad are Teflon Select or Classic.
Both have been holding up well for me. The T-Fal has a great shape and great handle. I use it most of the time. The Tromontina with DuPont Teflon Platinum is ridiculous non-stick. Even when you've totally cleaned it with soap and hot water, the clean surface is so non-stick it feels like you've rubbed butter all over the pan.
I doubt I need to state it, but I only use plastic or wooden utensils when cooking with my non-stick pans. Don't even use a metal fork to get the food out of the pan, because a single spoke on the fork might scratch the coating.
edit: Upon further Googling, Farberware also makes a 10 inch and a 12 inch commercial skillet with Teflon Platinum.
