I chatted with Google they said it was locked to Verizon. I'll return it. Thanks.
Edit:
I found this post and don't know what to do / can't tell if it's legit / DK what to do / how to do it.
Okay so here's the deal,
These phones are advertised as unlocked on this Amazon page but they are not. BUT this isn't an issue. Providers (Verizon, AT&T, ...) are willing to unlock the locked phones for you once your phone arrives. This however means you must have an internet connection to access any given providers website.
To get your phone unlocked do a quick Google search for your respective providers name for unlocking the locked phone. You must provide an IMEI # (basically a unique number to the phone so the provider knows what phone you need unlocked).
Once you provide that number to the phones locked provider they should unlock the phone within 48 hours. My phone was almost unlocked instantly. Once that occurs your old providers SIM card will work.
FYI- The phone arrives with a third party charger that feels very cheap. I recommend you use a quality charger instead of the provided one when your phone arrives.
The phone arrived clean and very much in a like-new condition with a cheap charger but it did not arrive with a tool to open the SIM card port you will have to have one yourself. If you don't a mechanical pencil will work if you are careful.

Thanks.
