I don't think you'll find any specific kit that 'perfectly' fits your needs and skill set. Get something with a decent selection of stuff to start with, and then add what you need from there. The specific contents for your bag should be guided by your skill level and training. There's little benefit including an NPA/OPA if you haven't been trained to use it.
