This exact same story happened with me on both counts. I purchased my new, never-used Husqvarna 115H automower on 4/26/22 from Amazon. (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PGBSGXQ/ref=ppx\_od\_dt\_b\_asin\_title\_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

First issue: it came with a factory-set PIN that was not provided with the product. It was not listed on any sticker, manual, or invoice. The automower cannot be installed without this PIN. Amazon's customer service had no information about a PIN and recommended contacting Husqvarna directly. Husqvarna's customer support initially told me their products do not have factory PINs and advised me to contact a local dealer and bring my product in. I contacted a local Husqvarna dealer who would not return my calls. I tried 3 more times to get in touch with Husqvarna customer support, and finally found someone who took down my product's information and proof of purchase, and then gave me the factory PIN.

Finally I could install it, right? No.

Second issue: the automower does not hold any battery charge and therefore will not mow. After following the installation instructions, I had a solid green LED on my docking station. The automower interface worked fine while docked; allowed me to do initial setup including setting the mowing schedule and connecting via Bluetooth to my phone app. However, the moment it moves an inch forward from the charger, it shuts off and becomes unresponsive until pushed back into the charger. The app consistently reports 0% battery charge. For background, my 115H automower has been charging for an entire week while I've sorted out these issues. It has never mowed, has never been exposed to weather, has no visible damage, came brand-new and straight out of the box. All cables meant for user installation are 100% secured, installation was correctly done, and the docking station's solid green LED means it is connected to the power source and boundary/guidewires properly. I contacted Husqvarna support, and they again say the automower must be physically brought in to a local dealer, and that its repairs would all be under manufacturer warranty with my proof of purchase.

This entire experience has been a huge pain in the ass.
